Build a real scope for a kitchen, a deck or a punch-list before you ever pick up the phone.
Choose a trade, size it, pick a finish tier and a timeline. The Scope Builder runs those against the price basis published on each trade's own page and gives you a planning band and a lead-time range, live, as you change the selections. It runs the same math whether you're pricing a kitchen remodel, a bathroom remodel, a composite deck, flooring, trim, framing for a small addition, or a punch-list of repairs — every trade this Austin renovation crew covers. Nothing here is a quote — that comes after a walk-through — but it's built from the same numbers on the site, not a guess pulled out of thin air.
Send the shop your scope
The box below fills in from your selections above. Edit anything before you send it — it's a starting point for the conversation, not a locked form.
Trade: Kitchen Remodels Size: 220 square feet Finish tier: Standard Timeline: Flexible Estimated band: $0 – $0
What the estimate is built from
Every number in the output panel traces back to the price basis stated on that trade's own page — per square foot for kitchens, decks and additions, per linear foot for trim and fencing, per bathroom in tiers, per room for drywall, and a flat call-out plus itemized tasks for punch-list. The finish tier applies a multiplier to that basis. None of it is invented for this tool.
Lead time follows the same logic. A kitchen tear-out runs twelve to eighteen working days once cabinets are on order — not sooner, no matter what the showroom promises — and the estimate reflects that even at "urgent" timeline, because cabinet lead time doesn't move for scheduling preference.
What it will flag
Past a certain square footage on an addition, the output notes that an engineered stamped plan and a permit are likely required before any wall comes down. If your selection touches a load-bearing wall question, electrical panel work or gas lines, the output says plainly that those go to a licensed trade named on the eventual estimate — never bundled into our number.
None of this locks you into anything. Closing this page without sending the form loses nothing; there's no account, no saved cart, just a form that carries your selections into an inquiry if you choose to send it.
