- Calls placed during shop hours are usually answered same day. Messages left after hours get a callback the next business morning.

This is a working shop bay, not a public showroom — walk-throughs and material pickups happen by appointment. If you're dropping off a signed scope or picking up a sample, call ahead so someone is at the roll-up door to meet you.

Fill in what you can. Address and a rough description of the job are the two things that let us give a real answer instead of asking three follow-up questions before we start.
Before you call, have this ready
None of it is required to reach us, but each item cuts a round of back-and-forth off the first call.
- The rough size of the room or run — square feet for a kitchen, bath or addition; linear feet for trim, fence or deck rail.
- Whether the house was built before 1978, so we can flag lead-safe work practices where they apply.
- A couple of phone photos of the space, even bad ones. They save a second visit more often than a tape measure does.
- Whether anyone has already opened a wall or pulled a permit on the space. If a wall's already open and it looks load-bearing, say so — that changes what we bring on the first visit.
- Your rough timeline: flexible, within sixty days, or urgent. It doesn't change the price basis, but it changes how we sequence you against other jobs on the board.
